We do this from our modern building in Woerden, where approximately 125 colleagues work on exciting projects in the Netherlands and abroad.

Your role

In the position of Project Coordinator Rail Duct Systems, you are the central link between engineering, supplier, execution, and client.

You engineer

• You ensure that rail duct projects are realized safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• You design rail duct/busbar solutions (including Schneider Electric / Canalis).
• You integrate your solution into existing energy infrastructure.
• You prepare work plans, detailed schedules, and material lists.
• You ensure the proper coordination for construction, suspension structures, and fire separations (NEN 1010).
  

You coordinate

• You manage assembly teams.
• You monitor planning, budget, quality, and safety.
• You have technical consultations with clients and advisors.
• You supervise handover and (pre-)commissioning.
• You process revisions and handover dossiers.

What do you bring?

• MBO4/HBO work and thinking level. Experience as a work planner, project coordinator, or project manager in E-installations.
• Experience with trunking/busbar systems is a plus (Schneider Electric/Canalis).
• You have strong organizational and social skills and know how to motivate others.
