Do you want to lead technical projects that contribute to a smarter energy supply? At Elektro Internationaal, you work on battery storage systems (BESS), microgrids, and modular energy units. You guide projects from assignment to delivery, with lots of independence and room to develop yourself.

What are you going to do

You connect technology, organization, and the client. Together with engineering, work preparation, and production, you make sure every project is completed as agreed. You will:

• Lead internal project teams and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project partners.
• Coordinate engineering, assembly, testing, and commissioning, and support factory and site acceptance tests (FAT/SAT) and project deliveries.
• Monitor planning, budget, quality, progress, and client expectations.
• Identify and manage technical, commercial, and organizational risks.

Who are you

You keep an overview, switch easily between technology and organization, and know how to bring people along. You communicate clearly and work in a structured and proactive way. In addition, you have:

• HBO-level thinking and working skills, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology.
• Proven experience as a project leader or project manager in a technical environment, with electrical installations, energy solutions, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of project control (GOTIK). Experience with energy storage, BESS, or modular energy systems is a plus.
