New HQ energylabel A+++++

We are proud to share that our new building has officially been rated with an energy label A+++++. This places us among the most sustainable commercial properties in the Netherlands.

The facts:
Energy requirement: 76.95 kWh per m²
Fossil energy consumption: -49.91 kWh per m²
Share of renewable energy: 139%

What makes our building unique?
- Completely electric, with 2 heat pumps.
- 390 solar panels, sufficient for energy-neutral operation (excluding charging stations).
A unique AC & DC microgrid:
- AC microgrid with 125 kW inverter, 344 kWh storage, 195 solar panels, and 10 AC charging stations (22 kW).
- DC microgrid with 100 kW inverter, 320 kWh storage, 195 solar panels, and 10 DC charging stations (8× 11 kW and 2× 30 kW).
- Smart energy savings through solar shading, triple glazing, daylight redirecting, and awnings.
- An advanced Energy Management System (EMS) from Schneider Electric.
- Use of Ocean Plastic raw materials.

Thanks to these facilities, our building is completely energy-neutral and ready for the future. An investment in sustainability that we as a team are particularly proud of.
